New Beginnings!

08/08/2008- A day for new beginnings for Ping! Friday was Ping's last day in Okinawa. She has been here in Okinawa for the past four years teaching music at New Life Academy and serving the Japanese Kid's in Children's Ministry at CC Ginowan. She is going to be greatly missed here especially by all of her students as she heads back to Taiwan. Friday evening a bunch of us dropped Ping at the airport. She was greeted by a group of loving kids. They all didn't want her to leave and neither did we. We Love you Ping and you always have a home here! Come back soon!!!

She has been in Okinawa for about three years teaching music at New Life Academy. She's a great sister and I know that I will miss her very much! I love you Ping!

New Life Academy

This past summer we were invited to do the chapel service for New Life Academy. Every Friday morning Rob, Sosimo and myself would head over to the school and teach the kids. Rob and Sosimo put a short skit while I teach them the bible story. It's was so much fun. Check out Rob and Sosimo in the video below. The kids just loved them.

Fourth of July

Happy Be-lated fourth of July!!! Every year the fourth of July is always a fun fellowship day. This fourth we were invited by Chaplin Woods to a yum-o BBQ. There was tons of great food and it was alot of fun getting to know other brother's and sister's. The highlight of the night was the waiting for the firework show on Kadena but, the show wasn't that great that's why there is no pictures to show for it. Happy Birthday America!

Calvary Ginowan's Children's Ministry!

Let me introduce you to Kid's at Calvary Ginowan. The picture was taken on Mother's Day as we waited to perform a special song for all the mom's that morning. Most of all the children were there except for lil Emi and the babies. Each of the Kids are very special and I love each one dearly! Please pray for this next generation to be little disciples and soul winners for Christ!

Lunch with the CC Oki Girls!

Ashley (far right) and Jesse (far left) dropped by the Koinonia Cafe one afternoon. So, the girls and I decided to go and get something yum-o to eat. We had a good time just chatting it up and practicing our broken Japanese. It was fun! Please keep Ashley in prayer as she makes her way back to the States this week.

Our last meal in Korea!

Here we are at our last dinner together in Korea. Our short but, sweet time in Korea was a special one that we will always remember. Even with all those crazy boys and their comments I'll always cherish they memories but, even more the ministry that the Lord let us be apart of. Thank you Father!
