TUG-OF-WAR!!!

Last Sunday a group of us headed down to Naha City after the morning service. This is where the east and west side residents of the island get together and make one of longest ropes in the world for the annual Tug-of-War and compete for bragging rights. The final product is about 660 feet long and weighs 43 tons. It was a hot afternoon with thousands and thousands of people tugging on the a huge piece of rope. While we were crossing the street Sosimo got stuck in the middle and wasn't able to cross but, he got to be right in the middle of the cermony. It was a hot and crazy afternoon with lots of memories, from the cramed train ride to getting my feet smashed but, it was an adventure of a life time.

Check out Yuka and Nozomi eating their first funnel cake... they fell in love with it! Everyone had a lot of fun exploring the different aircafts.

To myself it felt like sharing the gospel on any street in America. I meet a very young girl name Hanul and I was able to share with her. We have be communicating through email. Please continue to pray for her and for the people of South and North Korea.
